Add a "--quiet" option to "td"

Sometimes when we are running the "td" command line in batch processes we'd like it to be less verbose, only alerting us if something fails.  To that end a "-q" or "--quiet" option, which suppresses most of the output would be much more useful than redirecting standard out to /dev/null.

For example, the AWS command "s3cmd" has a --quiet option.  However, when we to a "td export:table" to S3, we are unable to similarly suppress the output.
